Job Description Exciting opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Events Coordinator , The Society of MSK ! We're looking for a dynamic professional to manage a full suite of stewardship and fundraising events including TEFAF, Miracle on Madison, The Fall Party, The Winter Lunch, The Spring Ball, The Bunny Hop and others. In particular, this position will take a leadership role in The Society of MSK's non-seated events and will support the team's ongoing projects and logistic needs. Role Overview: Oversight of Society non-ticket events (Bunny Hop, TEFAF and Miracle on Madison) including coordinating mailings, data management, phone outreach, online fundraising page support, and more. Facilitate all logistics for events including contract execution, day of logistics, site visits, catering, Chair meetings, etc. Collaborate with multiple teams in Development and across MSK for all web, creative and print needs for events. Work closely with The Society of MSK's Board and Associates Committee for event support and outreach. Assist in the team's daily operations including but not limited to: administrative support, team meeting set up and note taking, mailings, budgeting, and timekeeping management. Manage a variety of vendor relationships related to the ongoing needs of the team's work. Provide logistic support including, but not limited to purchasing/contracting needs, requisitions, scheduling, and maintaining event documents and materials . Coordinate with our Gift Administration Office to process donations. Support team in weekly revenue tracking . Management of event RSVPs, events inbox and database updates. Support Director and Associate Director as needed. Key Qualifications: 1-2 years event production/events experience, non-profit experience a plus. Experience managing data in CRM. Core Skills: Ability to lead many different projects or events independently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels in a confident, professional manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission and values. Additional Information : Location: 633 3rd Avenue, NYC Schedule: Our NYC-based team is hybrid. However, our robust calendar requires frequent in office and onsite presence for both the planning of events and meetings.
