Join us in our mission to lower health care costs, increase accessibility, and improve lives!The Lead Director, Caremark Content Editor-in-Chief reports to the Executive Director of Content and Brand and leads a team of 5 professionals. This content creator and powerful storyteller will be a thought leader with a vision for how to create and deliver content that is compelling to clients and differentiates us from competitors. You will develop and deliver the end-to-end content program for clients and prospects across all segments and at every part of the funnel. You know how to take data-driven approach to deliver client-centric and compelling stories that are timely and meaningful and can be modified and pulled through marketing programs across channels – from awareness in social and paid media through to finalist presentations at the moment of conversion. This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the successful candidate will enjoy balancing short-term needs with longer-term planning. The challenge will be to bring together a cohesive strategy and tell the story to a complex and interesting audience. Responsibilities include:• Lead content team of writers and creatives to deliver content assets (i.e.: videos, white papers, infographics, checklists, articles, case studies, webinars, etc.) across channels and hand-in-hand with marketing product owners and sales and account development teams• Design a content program that tells an end-to-end story with clear and compelling campaigns, that is easily pulled through all assets across the funnel – from social to sales presentations • Create content delivery strategic plan – calendar of campaigns and articles that are organized, timely, relevant, and prioritized• Design a prioritization process that enables marketing partners, channel owners, and sales to understand priorities and how to submit requests and communicates clear status updates• Efficiently manage the volume and quality of content we publish by managing the workflow of a team of writers and creative resources, and designing a quality-management / proof reading program that is efficient and effective• Collaborate with the strategy team to create to the long-term vision for our prospect and client content site• Innovate content mediums ats – be bold and innovative, the enterprise is behind you! • Create measurement and reporting program, and leverage insights to refine strategy and inform go-forward approach • Inspire, motivate, and lead a team of 6 colleagues to create the strategy with flawless execution• Lead a culture of collaboration with marketing and field sales/account leaders to understand content needs, customer mindset, and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience creating and delivering content programs in healthcare, PBM or relevant B2B industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in B2B content marketing – creation and delivery – where the clients are in the fortune 500 and expertise of leveraging a surround sound/cross channel approach to deliver• Professional writer with ability to draft compelling story constructs across multiple topics with common thread, tone, and brand voice• Experience collaborating with sales and account development organizations to understand client needs and prioritize• Experience leading, with proven track record of creating followership and mentoring individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets• Proven ability to influence without authority x-functional partners at all levels of the organization • Experience navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization• Able to Navigate a Complex Organization: The ideal candidate will have worked effectively in an organization of considerable size, scope and complexity. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant work experience)
