What we do:
The Business Continuity and Resiliency team supports the Bank's contingency and resiliency planning and business process modeling (BPM) activities. Reporting to the Head of Business Continuity and Resiliency, you will work with colleagues within your team and across the Group and Bank. The primary responsibility is to contribute to the development of business process models that will serve as the foundation for driving continuity, resilience and risk practices at the Bank.
Your role as Business Process Associate:
Collaborates with experts to understand business processes across the Bank. Contributes to and participates in process modeling exercises.
Documents and communicates findings from analyses. Develops and designs new business processes and the elaboration and updating of existing business processes.
Ensures adherence to standards and guidance for BPM and broader resilience practices.
Communicates resilience efforts with stakeholders across the Bank.
Works with management to enhance and continuously improve the Bank’s resilience strategy.
What we are looking for:
Experience with business process modeling standards, best practices and notation (BPMN 2.0) preferred. Experience with mapping high level and detailed processes in Visio.
Experience with project development, including application/software testing, development and validation of business requirements, and working in an Agile environment.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills tailored for the intended audience.
Ability to comprehend complex technical discussions and summarize them for later use by a general audience.
