Benefits LOA Analyst
The Leave of Absence Administrator handles all aspects of Leave of Absence (LOA) and Worker’s Compensation programs in accordance to J.Crew Group protocols and applicable Federal, State and Local laws.
Serves as a primary resource regarding all leave policies and practices
Counsel associates and managers concerning qualifications to take a leave, medical certification requirements, return-to-work dates, etc.
Preserves confidentiality and maintain accurate medical documentation and files
Facilitate accommodation requests
Responsible for data entry of LOA records into HRIS
Track and follow up on outstanding benefit related premiums during leave
Work cooperatively with other HR business partners
Produces and manages reporting metrics and analytics for all leave cases and workers’ compensation claims
Manages STD/LTD programs and vendor relationships
Maintains knowledge of all applicable leave and accommodation laws including the FMLA, ADA, military, Worker’s Compensation, HIPAA, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned
B.A degree /5+ years’ experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of disability (FMLA, ADA, military, Worker’s Compensation, HIPAA, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
