Position Summary

Reporting primarily to the Associate Director of Vendor Relations, in partnership with the Directors of HR Benefits and Compensation, the incumbent will support the development and implementation of benefits projects and programs. The Benefits Coordinator will provide comprehensive technical, organizational, and administrative support to the Associate Director while exercising considerable initiative, independent judgment, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The incumbent should have an interest in HR Benefits, Benefits Compliance and Benefits Systems.


  • Collaborate and coordinate in daily program administration of benefits and open enrollment activities. This includes supporting the arranging and organizing with setting up and breaking down Benefits Fairs and, vendor communication and client support.

  • Create reports from Excel and vendor platforms. Create and prepare Power Point presentations.Work with document Acrobat and google docs. Integrate and reconcile data from multiple spreadsheets and databases.

  • Participate in special projects and ongoing reports, as assigned.

  • Answer inquiries, resolves problems, responds to requests via telephone and email.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent required. 0-2 years' of relevant administrative experience required.

Excellent computer skills required:all Microsoft office suite. Must be flexible yet thorough, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously, as necessary. Ability to work under changing deadline pressure, attention to detail and critical thinking and proven ability to work in client-services environment required. Willingness to partake in all necessary tasks for project completion.
