Description of Responsibilities:

Equitable is seeking an on-site Executive and Audio/Visual Support team member.

Equitable’ s Audio/Visual VIP Support team provides white-glove service for our executive leadership team. The location requires the ability to address BAU IT needs including Audio/Visual and VIP support at our office location of 1345 Avenues of the Americas, New York, NY.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting up and troubleshooting audio visual equipment for meetings

  • Room setups and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration during meetings

  • Coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance

  • Staying updated with the latest audio-visual technologies

  • Offer training to users on AV equipment and software

  • Desktop support of Windows devices and hands on experience

  • Involved in Executive support (mobile devices, PCs)

The base salary range for this position is $76,000 - $99,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years end-user support experience supporting mobile devices, tablet, laptop and desktop

  • 2 years of experience with use of varied platform operating systems including O365 and other Collaboration platforms (Outlook, SharePoint, Skype, One Drive, etc.)

  • 2 years of experience with Video Conferencing Equipment

  • Ability to effectively interface with Executive Management

  • Ability to prioritize and manage in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, Mac and Mobile Devices

  • Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN and wireless communications

Skills:

Hardware Infrastructure: Knowledge of computer architecture and systems programming; ability to design, build and integrate IT hardware into multi-platforms for the organization.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
