Job Description Role Overview: As a Pediatric Hematology Oncology Advance Practice Provider, you will collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to pediatric, adolescents and young adult hematology-oncology patients. Your primary responsibility will be to meed the medical and psychosocial needs of children and AYA with hematology-oncology conditions across the outpatient platform in various services. You will implement and evaluate standards of care, and participate in research necessary to establish exemplary, evidence-based care. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing patient education, clinical support program, ensuring optimal care throughout the healthcare Key Qualifications: Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility) 3+ years of clinical practice, experience in pediatric hematology/oncology Related National NP certification Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner experience OR Graduate from an accredited PA program NCCPA certification Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure 3+ years of clinical practice, experience in pediatric hematology/oncology Core Skills Flexibility in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward Able to work effectively in an environment notable for complex, sometimes contradictory information Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals Effective at gaining the support and commitment of others by engaging them around your point of view and priorities Flexible in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances Additional Information: Hours: 4 10 hour shifts per week (8am-6pm)/Mon-Fri with potential to cover weekend and holidays Location: 1275 York Avenue NY, NY Requires flexibility and autonomy to float to different pediatric services This role is prioritizing experienced APP's Pay Range $144K-182K Helpful links: MSK's Compensation Philosophy Review our great benefits offerings #LI-ONSITE #LI-POST Closing MSK is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting and employment.
