Pfizer Vice President, HIN for HCPs Lead & HIN Strategy & Operations in New York City, New York

As a separate entity within Pfizer, the Health Information Network "HIN" team has been working to deliver an AI-driven, non-traditional Pfizer solution to consumers. We adhere to a strict charter that precludes us from influencing the biopharmaceutical business and vice versa. Given the nature of the product that we've built, there is also an emerging opportunity to create a physician-version, leveraging many of the capabilities that have already been developed.

We are seeking a Vice President of HIN for HCPs to lead and own the development and commercialization of this new product. You and your team will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of this initiative. You will need to collaborate closely with the consumer team as well as the broader Pfizer business (within the bounds of the charter), to deliver a high-quality product that meets customer needs and drives adoption. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading Strategy & Operations across both HIN products - for Consumers and HCPs.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user experience, ensuring that products are intuitive, effective, and address user pain points through user research and testing.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Market Analysis: Understand the market and be able to envision how the HIN physician-version would exist within the market, be able to respond to competitive threats and adapt as needed.

  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Understand different go-to-market strategies across both the pharma and consumer tech worlds in order to optimize and successfully launch and sustain the product.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development, within a high-paced environment.

As HIN Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Long-term Strategy: Leading strategy and operations across HIN products, including coordination between the Consumer and HCP versions of the product and ensuring efficient product delivery across both versions.

  • Metrics and Analytics: Oversee metrics and analytics across both products, generating cross-product insights as well as regular tracking and reports for senior leadership.

  • Program Management & Oversight

  • P&L Responsibility: Manage and track the long-term forecasts and P&Ls across both HIN products.
