Job Title

Director, Product Management
Overview
• Accountable for program design, development and implementation for all learning & training initiatives with desired results of driving growth, increasing revenue and reducing cost.
• Deliver specific / scored training and global education curriculum for Sales/RM, Product, Sales Consulting and On boarding courses.
• Deliver the Learning and Training content for Transactis and ensure availability and access by internal and external resources
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Transactis resellers to deliver training and education in a unified manner.

Role
• Analyze and design a global training and education program for Transactis
• Define a delivery approach for initial, periodic, event based and adhoc requests of training sessions and access to training material.
• Create and delivery scoring methods to assess the success of the training and education programs.
• Establish the Learning Management System requirements and implementation plan for a supporting LMS for Transactis and their resellers and internal teams.
• Develops and plans the delivery of learning engagement and learning effectiveness surveys, directing implementation and post-implementation reporting to identify progress against set goals
• Reports on the outcomes of talent development programs and solutions focusing on practical design and delivery options, capacity planning and management factors, participant engagement strategies, and consumer experience and outcome metrics


All About You
• Experience managing day-to-day learning & development program design, implementation and communications
• Experience coordinating with key internal stakeholders on learning & development program implementation
Experience identifying talent needs and designing programs/products in accordance with related business units/markets utilizing multiple learning delivery channels
• Demonstrated knowledge of market and internal best-practices around designing and delivering learning programs
• Responsible for designing, developing and curating approved programs for a designated BU/Function or domain and ensures the end-to-end delivery of high quality programs
• Collaborates with Global Learning Consultants, Regional/BU Talent Consultants, Regional Talent/Local HR Teams, Business SMEs, Alternative Learning Channels Team and LMS Administrators to perform instructional design, content development, capacity and delivery requirement planning and vendor selection
• Creates and manages pilots to test, validate and optimize before launching full scale programs
• Manages multiple vendor relationships to ensure quality program delivery and evaluates potential vendor partnerships to make preliminary recommendations
• Advises on tactical and training strategies, including planning meetings, scoping, establishing success metrics, data analysis, business outcomes, and consumer experience strategies
• Develops and plans the delivery of learning engagement and learning effectiveness surveys, directing implementation and post-implementation reporting to identify progress against set goals
• Reports on the outcomes of talent development programs and solutions, focusing on practical design and delivery options, capacity planning and management factors, participant engagement strategies, and consumer experience and outcome metrics
• Experience managing day-to-day learning & development program design, implementation and communications
• Experience coordinating with vendors and key internal stakeholders on learning & development program implementation
• Experience identifying talent needs and designing programs/products in accordance with related business units/markets utilizing multiple learning delivery channels

• Track record balancing goals against competing priorities and demonstrating a systematic thought process
• Experience creating and delivering presentations for training events and/or business discussions
• Experience working with colleagues from other business units and markets
