CVS Health Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services in New Jersey

Job Description

This is a telework position with up to 10% travel toNorthern to Central parts/regions in NJ. The mostrewarding aspect of the MLTSS care management role isevidenced by the positive outcomes of collaborative effortsbetween the care manager, member, and servicingproviders.Develop, implement, support, and promote health servicestrategies, tactics, policies, and programs that drive thedelivery of quality healthcare to our members. Healthservice strategies, policies, and programs are comprised ofutilization management, quality management, networkmanagement, clinical coverage and policies. The positionrequires leadership, advanced clinical judgment and criticalthinking skills in order to facilitate appropriate physical,behavioral health, psychosocial wrap around services. Thecare management supervisor will be responsible dailyprogram oversight, staff recruitment, staff retention,problem solving, inter and intradepartmental collaboration,direct collaboration with state partners.The Care Management Supervisor shall be responsible forthe management and supervision of the MLTSS CareManagement staff. The supervisor is responsible for thedaily operations of the MLTSS Program and contractualadherence. The Supervisor will oversee staff who coverMiddlesex and surrounding countiesSuccessful completion of the NJ Choice certification is acontingency of employment. As per NJ Division of AgingServices, Office of Community Choice Options guidance,an exam score of 80% or higher is required, along withsuccessful completion of the State training modules, andfield mentoring component.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 78,000

Maximum: 168,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

-Minimum of 4 years of experience serving members/patients with special needs.-Minimum of 1 year of previous leadership experience managing teams and personnel.-Active unrestricted State Licensure in applicable functional area. (eg RN, LSW, LCSW) in the state of NJ.-Willing and able to travel up to 10% of their time to meet and support staff in as needed anywhere in Northern to Central parts/regions in NJ -Successful completion of the NJ Choice certification is a contingency of employment. As per NJ Division of Aging Services, Office of Community Choice Options guidance, an exam score of 80% or higher is required, along with successful completion of the State training modules, and field mentoring component.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent assessment, writing and communication skillsare required.-MCO experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing required for RN license andMaster's degree required for BH license.
