Job Description
Leads, guides and coordinates scheduling for both clinical and non-clinical personnel, performs diversified administrative and secretarial duties, and is responsible for maintaining and promoting efficiency in areas of responsibility. Supports Quality and Service Excellence initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Leads, guides, hires, trains, and evaluates the performance of staff.
Coordinates the daily operations of clinical and non-clinical staff of in the Practice.
Prioritizes, schedules, assigns and monitors work to optimize operational service.
Analyzes, recommends, implements and monitors approved, compliant work-flow changes.
Ensures adequate inventory of supplies
Participates in developing and delivering training related to operations.
Performs related duties, as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible administrative experience in a physician office setting is highly preferred. Previous supervisory experience, required.
Proficient in use of Personal Computer (PC) and database applications.
Knowledge of Business Management and/or Health Care Administration is highly preferred:
Bilingual strongly preferred
Must be able very Flexible to work any work schedule (Days/Evenings) and must have both weekday and weekend availability
