Design, analyze, code, test, debug, document and maintain highly complex enterprise systems; develop enhancements that enable a positive end-user experience.2. Formulate, define, and document system scope and objectives to develop or modify highly complex software systems.3. Required Skill/ability 1: Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security and sharing rules. Required Skill/ability 2: Expertise in Flows and Lightning Web components. Experience with DevOps. Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL. Required Skill/ability 3: Well-developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Well-developed interpersonal, written, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Required Skill/ability 4: Proven ability to manage multiple/complex projects, meeting deadlines and budget. Required Skill/ability 5: Proven ability to lead and manage staff. Preferred Education: Six or more years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
