Job Description

Job Summary

Business Analysis:

  • Daily Sell-in, Sell-Thru and Sell out reports for sales review meeting

  • Various business reports and Analysis as required by leadership or Managers

  • Weekly Reviews: GCD file update, Sell-thru deck - by partner, by category, Risks & Opportunities,

  • Monthly Readiness Calls: Template owner, Savex data slides (Sell-in, Sell-thru & Sell- out), Category Slides (YTD & Projections),

  • Quarterly Readiness Calls: Template owner, Savex data slides (Sell-in, Sell-thru & Sell-out), Category Slides (YTD & Projections).

  • Track Inventory Levels & WOI: Sell in, sell thru, GRN (Goods Received Note), and closing inventory levels, Weeks of Inventory (WOI).

  • Track Full-Year Projections Against AOP: Sell-in, Sell-thru & Sell-out, Track Lag3, Lag1, Lag0 forecasts and differences, Track SKU and Category Level Performance Against AOP (Product Mix).

  • Finance Collaboration: Analyze projected GM% gaps between actual and target monthly.

  • Flag issues for the sales team to adjust product mix for target GM%.

Supply Chain Operations:

  • Monitor third party service ops key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of service operations and work with Global MGSC, Servify and Savex to improve these.

  • Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness of service operations.

  • Oversee customer support functions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and inquiries and work with Servify and Global teams to find resolutions.

  • Audit service delivery processes, including installation, maintenance, and repair of products and review and approve related costs.

  • Manage relationships with service partner and distributor for service, ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations. SPOC for Bose on all matters related to Service partner.

  • Check and verify all service invoices and reimbursements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Logistics and Labelling Support:

  • BIS/ETA & MRP labeling, coordinates India shipments from DDB1 and DSZN, and resolves customs clearance issues for partners, distributors etc.

  • Supports government audit closures for old cases in India by working closely with the finance team to arrange required customs and shipping documents and information for the Indian government.

  • Demand Planning: local reports and analysis related to forecasts - working with sales and demand planning to do analysis on the forecasts

Product Certifications (BIS & ETA):

  • Collaborate with global product compliance and certification teams.

  • Manage local consultants and distributors to ensure timely submission of certification applications.

  • Follow up with relevant ministries, certification bodies, and distributors to track the progress of certifications.

  • Ensure all products meet local regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date records of certifications.

  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of compliance and certification processes.
