Compensation: $21.40-$22.40/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • Physically demonstrate the job to new hires and transfers

  • Ensure Job Tasks Analysis, Job Tasks Inventories, and Lock Out, Tag Out are up to date and complete

  • Communicate with Leads and/or the person in charge

  • Keep up with ramp-in breaks as needed

  • Be a team player: Cross-training will be provided as you may be needed to work within other departments as required

  • Must be able to read numbers, example: weights and date codes

  • Follow all Safety rules and regulations

  • Ensuring food safety and quality

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food handling experience

  • Previous work experience in a meat processing facility

  • Work history in the past 12 months
