Key Responsibilities:
Timely addressing of all service issues & quick support to Critical service issues of all direct customers
RSM effectiveness to maintain CSI for this region
To meet & exceed targets for Key parameters like Service Revenue, Service Margin & PM execution
Attending issue resolution and escalation calls like WIP, RMS, DSOR, Service IDM meetings
Train, develop and coach engineers in the direct report team
Helix trigger management and issues management via same
Supporting regional sales team with air-end opportunities through SPM & other more opportunities like VFD through Tech leads.
Main profitability from PackageCARE contracts in the region
Efficient planning of service engineer movement, to meet & exceed the Utilization target
Maintain Zero LTIR in region
Skill :
Knowledge in installation, commissioning, Maintenance.
Active hands-on field service experience atleast
Products to be handled :- All products of Ingersoll Rand and CompAir Brand
