Citigroup Regulatory Risk Officer - Vice President - C13 in Mumbai, India

Responsibilities: Manages key business relationships effectively, including managing expectations about delivery timelines. Collaborate with different technology teams for project estimation efforts and delivery. Work with technology and business users to gather business requirements. Performs data analysis to monitor and track changes in data quality and completeness of data, once the projects are completed and in production. Ensure the technology projects being implemented are in line with the Strategic Roadmap and Common Operating Model. Responsible for monitoring all major project milestones and resolving issues where a milestone is at risk. Work with all levels of business and technology users to ensure that all project participants have been identified and are engaged in the effort. Ensure that the requirements and User Testing cycles are complete and all issues addressed. Participate in regular meetings with the Steering Committee and Risk Technology. Ensure that business requirements are prioritized appropriately. Qualifications: 5 -10 years of experience in in similar roles (desirable). Good communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office  tools – Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation). Comprehensive knowledge of credit source systems, collateral reporting systems, and end reporting/ warehousing. Broad understanding of classifiable and delinquency managed credit and operational policies and procedures. Demonstrate financial and risk reporting knowledge as well as experience from the business and/or technical area desired. Project management knowledge and experience working with diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines and capability to handle multiple projects at one time. Education: Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
