• Analyze and interpret contracts to determine proper invoicing requirements & formats.

• Verify the accuracy of invoice calculations.

• Assist with testing the accuracy of system modifications designed to accommodate billing solutions.

• Recommend and implement billing solutions using current technology to maximize efficiency and accuracy of existing systems & processes.

• Assist with testing the accuracy of system modifications designed to accommodate billing solutions.

• Follow up with project managers regarding unbilled work in progress and project status.Analyze and interpret contracts to determine proper invoicing requirements & formats.

• Analyze client invoicing requirements and generate custom excel-based invoice templates and system generated invoices on a daily basis for various engineering and construction contracts.

• Analyze and issue documentation as back-up that is to be submitted to the client with the invoice.

• Manage assigned client based invoicing log for prioritization and management of workload.

• On a monthly basis; file invoices and contracts.

• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·Bachelors Degree Or Above

·3-8 years accounting related experience.

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)

·Must have knowledge of billing and financial concept.

·Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented

·Perform multiple tasks effectively, should be a team player and co-ordinate and be a part in building a team. Generate invoices on a daily basis for various engineering and construction contracts.

·Coordinate the review and approval of invoices with BMcD US Billers

·Excellent oral and interpersonal communications skill.

·Intermediate knowledge using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook programs

·Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
