At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), we understand that sometimes we must pause our professional life to support our family and loved ones. After stepping away from the workplace to care for children, aging parents or other family obligations, the road to return to work can be challenging, and at times intimidating. This is where Chapter Next can be part of your solution.

Chapter Next is a 12-16 week paid returnship hosted by RMS. Candidates who have taken an employment hiatus for at least 2+ years will be eligible to apply to this program.

During this returnship participants will become part of a community of similarly experienced professionals with challenging work scopes that contributes to the great innovation produced by Lockheed Martin. Selected candidates will be exposed to comprehensive training, professional development opportunities, networking opportunities, and individual based mentoring

Our goal is to provide the fundamental tools needed to be successful in your career field, and to potentially prepare you for an opportunity to join Lockheed Martin full-time. Fields of focus will be diverse across the program and include functional and technical opportunities.

This returnship is located in the Moorestown, NJ area and is part of the Controller's organization in the Finance and Business Operations function.

SAP Financial Systems Analyst Responsibilities include,

but are not limited to, support the development and maintenance of:

-Activity Scripts: Documentation of the functional business design

-Functional Specifications: functional requirements that are the basis for technical design & development

-Business Process Procedures: Detailed process descriptions and flows

-SAP Business Roles, including applicable SAP transaction codes

-Selected system implementation activities surrounding the addition of new businesses (company codes) or system upgrades/functionality

-SAP help desk support

-Ongoing alignment of RMS, MFC & International business processes and SAP system functionality

-Support weekly process and interface issues

-Support of month end closing activities

-Master Data maintenance

-Functional tester for other related system changes

Desired Skills: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
