Lowe's Workshop Producer & Host in Mooresville, North Carolina

Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to produce virtual Workshops from end-to-end effectively, to educate customers, giving them confidence to do projects themselves. This position consults with agencies and business partners to create and develop compelling and educational workshops. This position all serves as the on-camera Host for all workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to write and produce educational and entertaining virtual workshops for Lowe’s customers

• Part of core team who creates a vision for each Workshop and partners with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Construction, Production and Technology to bring that vision to life.

• As the on-camera host you will interact with customers on the virtual platform and with Red Vest experts, as they demonstrate the DIY project.

• Coach and develop Red Vest experts with their camera presentations skills.

• Project manager for each workshop including budget, staffing, schedules and rehearsals.

• Consult with external talent agency to source and select future Red Vest experts.

• Part of a small core team who will be responsible for developing, improving and growing Workshops based on feedback and data.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Communication, Journalism, Business Administration or related field

• 7 Years experience in writing & digital content creation

• 7 Years Experience in Adobe, After Effects, Photoshop, various video technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate communications business environment

• Experience in news or content creation for an agency
