Lowe's Sr Specialist-Collateral Production in Mooresville, North Carolina

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to manage processes, complete tasks, and provide support to collateral production print management and supply chain models in order to ensure consistent and clear project execution across all Lowe's stores. This includes responsibility for the generation, interpretation, and analysis data in support of projects and item lifecycle management as required by specific Collateral Production work and projects, decision making for estimating material needs and cost estimates of non-retail items, conferring with other internal departments or outside sources as needed, communicating information to and from stores and addressing and handling issues that arise during projects or assigned processes.

What you will do

• Generates, interprets, analyzes, maintains and reports out on information regarding projects, utilizing the tools and technology available to the team; Product Management Tool (PMT), Sharepoint, In Store Viewship (ISV), Connections

• Performs tasks required to maintain Non-Retail Items (NRI) information; new item set up, item attribute maintenance, item cost to include vendor negotiations and active/inactive status

• Manages and provides necessary Non-Retail Items (NRI) information to project teams as needed to support project planning and Project Authorization Request (PAR) development, item cost estimates, execution of Request for Proposals (RFP) or quote development, inventory destruction estimates, etc.

• Manages processes and performs tasks as needed to support the creation, processing and integrity of Purchase Order (PO) Hand-offs, initiates PO change requests, monitors PO rejections, errors, and delays, monitors and coordinates resolution to PO Match Exceptions

• Provides support and performs tasks associated with issue resolution and mitigation; PO’s, Non Conformant shipments; communication and coordination with vendors and 3rd party service providers. In most instances, being the decision maker on path forward with less complex items. • Escalating more complex concerns to leadership with a proposed plan of action.

• Executes processes and manages tasks to support the NRI replenishment program managing processes to support the creation, processing, and integrity of PO Handoffs, initiating PO change requests, monitoring PO rejections, errors, delays, and coordinating resolution to PO Match Exceptions.

• Works closely with Store Support Center - B (SSCB) on the issue resolution program, managing merchandise execution communications, and providing support to field leadership. Additionally, managing vendor support and execution through scorecard data analysis and cost reconciliation

• Serves as an escalation point for issue resolution items that cannot be resolved within the scope of outlines SOPs. Including solving the immediate problem using their knowledge of collaterol processes and systems. Then creating standardized processes to reference in future concerns.

• Responsible for training SSCB team members on the issue resolution program.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years related experience

• Experience working on cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

• Merchandising, Store Planning, or Store Operations experience
