Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery of the Lowes.com chat experience with guidance as needed. This role may also manage and own work streams with support from more senior managers. This includes responsibility for supporting chat work streams end-to-end through the planning, development, execution, administration activities, and implementation stages to ensure excellence. Overall, this role contributes to digital commerce segments that play an important role in moving the digital business forward by driving ongoing improvements.

What you will do

• Drives the execution of operational plans by designing the tactical steps that must be taken to achieve the goals for chat.

• Works to close the gap with competitors and/or exceed customer expectations by executing the plan derived from identified business opportunities for chat

• Develops and executes work plans with chat team and cross-functional teams. Ensures that work is completed on time and raises risks and issues that could cause delays to the work.

• Prepares inputs to key metrics that identify performance of business segment to ensure goals are met.

• Analyzes multiple sources of data (e.g. sales, customer feedback) to identify areas of optimization, create hypotheses, and define business value to ultimately drive action for improvement.

• Applies subject matter expertise of chat and works with functional business teams (e.g. Store Operations, Merchandising, Omni Fulfillment, Marketing, Technology, etc.) to ensure the business needs are clearly defined and prioritized.

• Maintains relationships with diverse project stakeholders on business and tech/agile teams by communicating goals, inputs needed, outputs expected, and questions/feedback to ensure that all parties are informed and working to achieve business outcomes.

• Provides inputs to communication mediums that related to initiatives, capabilities, features, and improvements to ensure business teams are appropriately informed. Teach peers and working teams about components and importance of the chat business segment.

• Participates in interviewing peer candidates for the team to assess technical skills, operating style, and candidates continue to raise the bar of the team. Participates in formal and informal training to continuously develop technical skills.

• Identifies tools and support needed to complete individual work assignments on time and with high quality.

Minimum Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).

•4-5 years' experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations

•Experience in a corporate setting

•Experience in retail

•Experience in chat and/or customer service management

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, DC, IL, WA: $70,400.00 - $117,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
