Lowe's Specialist Marketplace Seller Management (Lead Analyst) in Mooresville, North Carolina

Please note, the ideal candidate for this role will need to be located in a commutable distance from our corporate office in Mooresville, NC or be open to relocation, as eligible.

Your Impact

The Specialist, Marketplace Seller Management (Lead Analyst) is responsible for onboarding new sellers and items onto Lowes.com and maintaining the relationship with the seller post onboarding. This will include monitoring performance, conducting business reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and triaging issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with digital business or merchandise operations experience, home improvement or digital retail knowledge, and strong organizational skills. This role will partner across digital and merchandising to implement the category expansion strategy for third-party sellers, enable a clear process to get those sellers onto the site and continuously improve the process to reduce cycle time and increase seller satisfaction.

What you will do

•Provide onboarding support to welcome sellers onto lowes.com, shepherding them through all set-up steps/activities

• Ensure all the appropriate information is captured, verified and uploaded to ensure sellers and products are listed and meet the necessary guardrails

•Regularly interface and consult with sellers, troubleshooting set-up issues to aid in successfully onboarding items into the marketplace

•Maintain and organize seller-related documents, follow-up as necessary

•Analyze performance, and share-out results with assigned sellers, identifying opportunities for improvement and/or growth

•In partnership with Trust & Safety and Seller Operations teams, ensure seller standards are defined and upheld

•Aid in creating SOP documents

•Implement technical rules and other processes within the seller management tools to automate aspects of the function

•Meet or exceed key results (financial, operational and customer) related to digital third-party sellers through collaborative improvement

•Keeps leadership informed of progress, escalates for support as necessary

•Indirectly develops the team, participates in team-building and growth opportunities, consistently seeking to improve self and others.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field

• 6 years relevant experience in online/retail merchandising, digital business, operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital or category merchandising

• Detail-oriented with strong operational mindset

• Experience with Adobe Analytics

Pay Range: $81,200.00 - $135,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
