Senior Analyst, PRO Credit Customer Experience

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Senior Analyst, PRO Credit Customer Experience role is to drive Lowe's Pro financing product innovation and improvement to increase Lowe's proprietary credit sales and pro customer engagement with our credit programs. This position requires the ability to research viable product innovation, develop business cases, and work cross functionally internal to Lowes as well as aligning and leading execution with multiple external banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects focused on growing pro cardholder acquisition and driving Lowe’s private label and cobrand credit sales.

  • Collaborate daily in a dynamic environment with internal stakeholders (Technology, Store Operations, Pro Sales Teams, Pro Operations, Marketing and Legal) and external banking/tech partners (Synchrony Bank, American Express, Dash Solutions Technologies, Inc.).

  • Construct business case intakes to prioritize initiatives by providing ROI, business requirements, and scope. Monitor these intakes and prioritize with the appropriate working parties.

  • Support end to end integration of credit into technology initiatives with the Pro team, Store operations, and My Red Vest teams.

  • Develop deep understanding of process and data flows across the Lowe's business, internal partners, and external partners.

  • Execute projects related to credit integration into the Lowe’s Pro loyalty program.

  • Strong knowledge of retail store environment and home improvement industry.

Product Research Responsibilities:

  • Vet new product/financing opportunities and potential partners.

  • Analyze competitive landscape of financing solutions.

  • Identify new products & enhancements to expand Lowe’s financial services market share.

Reporting & Analysis Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate reporting requirements across partners, products, and leadership to deliver timely and accurate data on performance and opportunity.

  • Ability to deliver Ad-hoc reporting to meet daily business needs.

Legal/compliance responsibilities

  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all projects and programs adhere to business and governance standards.

  • Support customer growth by driving process and product improvements while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field OR 5 years combined experience in retail sales or credit in lieu of degree

  • 2 years of experience in Retail Sales/Credit

  • Strong communication skills using digital and traditional communication channels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Store experience and familiarity with consumer credit products
