Lowe's ProServices Field Sales Support Analyst in Mooresville, North Carolina

Your Impact

The primary purpose of the ProServices Field Sales Support Analyst is to lead efforts for analyzing Pro Strategic Account performance and ensuring we are developing the needed execution content to improve. This includes responsibility for supporting the execution development for the Pro outside sales team. This role is critical to Lowe's and Lowe’s Pro Supply, as it pulls and interprets data to help make business decisions and execute the strategy to achieve financial results that align to the expected customer experience.

What You Will Do

· Delivers actionable insights to the Pro field sales team, by leveraging multiple collaborative partners throughout the Pro organization.

· Creates a collaborative environment by working in a team of peers to solve problems and shares information with peers, manager, sales teams, and customers as appropriate.

· Collects feedback, analyzes information, develops sales support content, and consults for Pro CSC sales teams of Government, National Accounts, Lowe’s Pro Supply, and Account Executives.

· Analyzes sales support tools for opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.

· Supports procedural questions and assists with resolving low severity issues related to Pro outside sales.

· Serves as a primary point of contact for support of Pro Strategic Account Managers.

· Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Monitors and responds to Pro program requests, across a multitude of shared and individual email inboxes.

· Creates custom catalogs and labels for Pro managed accounts, based on analysis of purchasing history.

· Processes purchase card, contract pricing, and GL coding requests for Pro managed accounts.

· Creates and analyzes reporting to identify opportunities for Pro managed account growth and presents findings to field sales team.

· *Facilitates parking requests between Pro Restoration partners and store locations during natural disaster related events.

· *Facilitates bulk product requests, for Pro managed accounts, between field sales team and Lowe’s Command Center during natural disaster related events.

· Provides all other necessary tasks associated with supporting the Pro outside sales team.

*To support Lowe’s Command Center operations, this position will require occasional “on call shifts during natural disaster related events. These shifts may contain evening and weekend hours, in office and remote.

Required Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job related experience

· 1-2 Years Experience in sales support, customer service, or related field

· 1-2 Years Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
