Join our Supply Chain practice! We were named leaders in the supply chain and network management advisory field by Gartner and Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory.

What will your typical day look like?

Our practice has offices all over the world, and you could be required to travel to Montreal, Vancouver, Chicago, Hong Kong, Sweden and many other fascinating places. Regardless of where you are located, you will be required to do the following:

• Take part in the best strategic assessment and network transformation projects in logistics and distribution.

• Develop innovative solutions to resolve client issues based on a sound understanding of their company and industry.

• Work closely with the clients’ employees to reach project objectives and complete deliverables on time.

• Establish solid relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders.

• Provide clear and concise updates on the progress of a situation and help the management team with project-related risks.

• Develop proposals to help clients improve their supply chain performance.

• Continuously improve your professional competencies by participating in various professional development courses offered by the firm and external providers.

About the team

Deloitte’s Consulting, Supply Chain and Network Operations practice is the largest in Canada, and is also part of the world’s largest professional services firm. Our team of more than 150 professionals is continually growing. We have offices across Canada and in key locations, such as Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

• A bachelor’s degree and at least three to six years’ experience in consulting and/or the logistics and distribution sector;

• A proven track record of assessing supply chains, improving business processes, outsourcing transport services or designing distribution centres, and knowledge of the relevant technologies related to the supply chain (e.g., warehouse management systems, transport management systems, order management systems, and inventory planning tools);

• Excellent understanding of transport, planning, execution, organization of transports, network design, supply chain strategies, operations, and warehouse optimization, the design/implementation of distribution centres, or LTL, full cargo, and rail transport experience;

• Concern for professional excellence and customer service excellence;

• Comfortable working in an environment that is at times ambiguous, with tight deadlines and constantly shifting priorities, and having the ability to work under minimal supervision;

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and proven ability to work efficiently in a team.

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
