We are hiring for two specialists who can lead the transformation of HR data using the innovative CleverAnt tool, ensuring efficient system integration and optimizing data conversion workflows.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Data Conversion Specialist, you will oversee and manage data transformation projects using CleverAnt, guiding a team of developers to ensure accurate and efficient data migration. Your day will involve analyzing source data, configuring data transformation templates, and validating output files for import into target systems like Workday. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the client requirements and mapping documents, providing support to team members on data conversion. Additionally, you'll play a key role in optimizing our processes and expanding CleverAnt’s capabilities within Deloitte.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Proven experience in data conversion and ETL processes, particularly with HR systems like SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, or UKG.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop the ability to design data transformation templates.

  • Project management experience, capable of managing, support and mentoring a team of developers to ensure project success.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in using Excel and familiarity with API integration to facilitate data extraction, transformation and importation processes.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
