Your role

You must have the integrity and self-confidence to bring our programming to life. In their homes and cars, on their computers and mobile devices, you care about connecting with Canadians. You think on your feet, shine in the spotlight and aspire to inform, entertain and enlighten our audiences.

The associate producer assists the producer in developing, planning, preparing and playout of our radio programs via the control room.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

Qualifications:

  • Professional College Degree or equivalent

  • Three (3) years’ relevant experience including playout in a production environment

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of playout software applications (iNews)

  • Firm command of production methods

  • Good knowledge of Dalet application

  • Fluent in the working language (French)

  • Knowledge of control room operations an asset

  • English an asset

  • Good general knowledge

  • Good knowledge of all aspects of radio production

Candidates will be tested as follows:

  • Practical testing: French test

  • Interview

Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
