On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

As a UX Designer within the Digital Transformation team, you will lead the design of user interfaces for Bell Business Markets customers. You will collaborate with Business Partners, Product Managers, Developers and other teams to translate business requirements into simple, intuitive and user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead research, ideation and design of digital interfaces for business customers

  • Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to combine multiple sources, including business requirements, customer needs, user research, and technology constraints into the design decisions.

  • Responsible for creating wireframes, usage scenarios, prototypes, usability testing and other UX deliverables

  • Collaborate and work with the visual designers to apply the Bell’s brand visual identity to your final work.

  • Clearly communicate design recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Ensure consistency of experience across multiple areas and products

  • Participate and input from a UX perspective to solve day-to-day usability issues that come up

  • Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects by managing design deliverables and timelines

Critical Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading UX design

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User-Centered Design/Human-Computer Interaction, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • Solid capabilities in user-centered design practices with complex requirements

  • Practical knowledge of design or prototyping tools such as Figma

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various team members and stakeholders

Preferred Skills / Competencies:

  • A portfolio or samples of work

  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
