Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of Acquisition Marketing professionals, focused on driving net subscriber and revenue growth on Internet for Bell and Virgin brands. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled marketing specialist with experience in driving digital sales through both capital planning for web functionality enhancements and implementation of digital marketing initiatives to drive increased traffic and conversion. The individual will play a critical role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on enhancing website functionality through effective capital investment planning, as well as growing online sales through implementation of initiatives to maximize traffic and conversion.

  • Identify digital functionality gaps and develop business cases to determine sales and revenue opportunity, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital operations, media, capital planning, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless prioritization and integration of digital functionality and marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize digital marketing functionality and campaigns.

  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments to enhance website traffic, performance, user experience, and conversion rates.

  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital marketing strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze weekly digital impacts from key seasonal or quarterly marketing campaigns, ensuring that we are generating sizable subscriber lift with advertising spend.

  • Utilize a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track performance, measure results, and optimize campaigns.

  • Effectively communicate digital marketing insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on driving digital sales and/or improving digital functionality through capital planning.

  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including Microstrategy, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of website design, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization principles.

  • Experience with stakeholder management, business case development, and organizational skills.
