Join us on an exciting adventure, where every day brings new opportunities for growth. Our Montreal office is looking for a Sponsorship, Partnerships and Major Causes Advisor to strengthen its team. The role also offers many opportunities for development.

What you will do

Contribute to the activation and promotion of sponsorships and partnerships:

Activate partnerships with non-profit organisations and community initiatives to support important causes.

Follow up internally and with partners to ensure optimum visibility.

Develop and implement, with the events team, creative and relevant activations that maximise our impact in the communities and major causes we support.

Manage certain communications projects:

Work with the communications team to promote social impact initiatives, sponsorships and partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate communications plans for each project, including internal and external channels.

Drafting targeted communications to make content attractive and engaging.

Carrying out press relations campaigns:

Drafting press documents: press releases, key messages, spokesperson briefs, etc.

Coordinating internal approvals in conjunction with the national team

Distributing press releases and following up media requests

Participating in media interviews in support of the KPMG spokesperson

Brand image

Research, recommendation and acquisition of promotional products

Customised writing of gift cards and displays for various spaces

What you bring to the role

College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in communications, marketing or events.

Bilingualism (French/English) for working with National teams outside Quebec, writing English content on a regular basis and interpreting English texts.

Minimum of three years' relevant experience.

Experience in communications, press relations and project management

Excellent time management and writing skills.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive, resourceful and creative.

In-depth knowledge of advanced MS Office functions, in particular Excel, as well as Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
