POSITION OVERVIEW
BDC is currently looking for an experienced Senior Advisor, Organizational Transformation and Change Management who can contribute to its various ongoing initiatives and activities and to the evolution of the Organizational Transformation, Culture and Change practice at BDC.
Reporting to the Director of Organizational Transformation and Change Management, this person will work closely with the various internal partners and provide consulting services, support and guidance to the organization, managers and the impacted teams in the management of change and transformation projects. The incumbent of this position will be at the heart of strategic initiatives and develop strong business relationships but will also have to demonstrate a solid execution approach that allows the various stakeholders to be brought together and put them into action quickly.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Support one or more departments to translate their transformation strategies (vision, objectives and the resulting benefits) into the achievement of a clear and concrete target, a structured, executable and easily communicable plan.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation projects and initiatives
Plan, organize and monitor the progress of transformation and change management work and activities by ensuring their effective implementation.
Carry out stakeholder analysis, impact and risk analysis in change management in consultation with internal partners.
Develop and implement a transition management plan to mobilize stakeholders to achieve objectives while considering organizational culture.
Contribute to strategic thinking as well as the communication and training plan related to the change
Define success measures and indicators to be tracked to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to align processes and organizational structures
Contribute to the development and deployment of change management and organizational transformation tools, methodologies and practices.
Perform continuous business intelligence focused on emerging trends in change management, transformation, new ways of working and innovative approaches.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or an appropriate discipline.
You prefer a graduate degree or master's degree that complements your undergraduate degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Management).
You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the field of organizational transformation, change management and project management in large companies
You have the ability to make the connections to be able to have a holistic view of the organization and the current developments.
Dynamic and with good interpersonal skills, you are able to develop relationships with high-level interlocutors (Directors, C-suite) and you have demonstrated your ability to influence them.
During your experience, you have developed strategic thinking that allows you to act proactively with the various stakeholders.
You are recognized for your ability to act in ambiguity, to question the status quo while adapting your approach to the needs of client.es.
You have recognized skills in interpersonal relations and communication, ability to synthesize and popularize.
You have a mastery of the Agile approach (an asset).
You are comfortable working in both languages, French and English (spoken and written).
