Summary
Bell is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Analyst – Identity Access Management reporting to the Senior Manager – Identity Access Management, part of the Information Security group within Corporate Security. This position is responsible to define, establish, maintain and manage identities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Security advisor in Identity and Access management across the enterprise
Participate in roadmap development and implementation strategies for managing identities and access across the organization
Develop cloud governance processes and make recommendations for IAM controls & design patterns based on best security practices
Secure access to both on-prem and cloud infrastructure, as well as to applications required to support a distributed workforce.
Support IAM governance, policies and solutions across SSO, directory services, digital certificates, MFA and privileged account management
Act as a Subject matter expert for Privileged access management, focused on ensuring all proper governance controls are implemented and enforced
Collect and identify business requirements for any business units that consume identity data and ensure the optimization of roles and accesses
Provide oversight on identity lifecycle management processes including access certification campaigns in support of regulatory and business requirements.
Assess and resolve IAM issues that occur across the employee enterprise, as well as with external entities.
Participate in internal and external audit reviews to ensure organizational compliancy
Define and develop Key performance indicators and Key risk indicators
Assist in mitigating potential information security incidents and vulnerabilities associated with the Identity and Access Management service.
Participate with the business in implementing solutions to mitigate identity risks and enhance system security.
Critical Qualifications
University Diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
Five to Seven years of experience in Identity Access Management lifecycle processes and tools
Hands-on experience with Cloud Service providers such as Azure, GCP and AWS
Excellent knowledge of Identity and access management requirements pertaining to Cloud systems including Identity federation.
Experience implementing cloud security best practices in a hybrid enterprise environment
Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management both on prem and in the cloud
Excellent Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint and MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager)
Experience with Okta products
Excellent communication and team working skills with the ability to conduct presentations.
An understanding of industry practice and standards (PCI-DSS, Sarbanes-Oxley…)
The candidate is structured, organized and has a good capacity for analysis and synthesis when confronted with challenges.
Bilingualism is an asset (French and English).
Preferred Qualifications
Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials.
Experience in the fields of business continuity planning, auditing and risk management.
Experience with Agile Framework and Agile best practices
Knowledge of the Information Security Forum, Standard of Good Practice
Finally, the candidate must successfully go through extensive background verifications including but not limited to criminal record and reputational checks.
