Job Description

The responsibilities of a SPAR (Specialty Pickup and Retail) - Specialty Pickup Retail Recovery Representative is to make outbound calls to retail store colleagues for two initiatives. They are also responsible to print, pack and ship supply requests to retail stores. This position is key to the recovery of SPAR orders being shipped into retail. This position is essential for the effective management of SPAR orders not picked up; the potential risk could create regulatory and financial losses to the Company.Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm- Full-Time backend Dispensing Colleagues* are eligible to receive $1,000.- All Eligible Colleagues* must be actively employed on the day of bonus payout. The anticipated payout will be March 11, 2022.

Required Qualifications

6+ months customer service phone experience. 1. Excellent Organizational skills and problem solving ability2. Detailed oriented3. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills 4. Six months computer skills in a Window based system5. Lift up to 50lbs6. Communicate effectively both written and verbally
