Atrium Health Women’s Care Union OBGYN , part of Atrium Health, is currently recruiting a Board-Certified OB Hospitalist to join our growing practice based in Monroe, NC – just 25 miles southeast of Charlotte.
Position Highlights
Calls: 7 shifts per month; 24-hour shifts
Practice consists of 5 providers
(3 OBGYNs, 2 Laborists, 1 Gynecologist, 1 Certified Nursing Midwife, and 1 Nurse Practitioner)
75 Deliveries a month

About the Hospital
Atrium Health-Union , a 182-bed hospital in Monroe, NC, providing comprehensive emergency services and specialty medical care. The campus offers a variety of medical services, including a day surgery center, cancer treatment center, long-term care facility, behavioral health center, specialty care clinics, a community wellness and outreach program, a women and children’s center, interventional heart program and physician practices. Twelve miles to the northwest is Atrium Health-Union West, a 40-bed hospital in Matthews, NC. The campus is in a fast-growing market and has 10 ED bays, 4 ICU beds, 4 ORs, a DaVinci robot, endoscopy, and comprehensive imaging services. The medical office building features primary and subspecialty care with a cardiovascular office offering cardiology and vascular provider access, as well as echocardiography, stress testing and vascular imaging.
