About the Opportunity:
Monday- Friday 8:30 pm- 5:00 pm
Average of 3 patient visits/day; Minimum 12 patient visits/week
Hybrid role of providing specialty care in home, assisted living, and nursing facilities
Geographic Focus will be Union County area
Community based
Call Schedule: 5:00 pm- 8: 30 pm, 1:5 weeks with Hospice
Join a Collegial Team of 1 Physician, 2 NPs
Academic/Teaching Opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
1+ years of experience in Hospice Care, Palliative Medicine, Critical Care, or Oncology, is preferred
Ability to work independently
Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required
BLS for healthcare provider from AHA required, ACLS preferred
