The Technical Support Representative will provide first-tier technical support for the Silverlake Deposit product. This is an outbound support center where financial institutions place help desk tickets, and our representatives call back the institutions to gather information and resolve the issues documenting all information into our case management system. This position will support our Silverlake Deposits system. This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing level one troubleshooting for the Silverlake Deposit software. Assessing the customer's issue and gathering information to comprehend the issue, and providing a resolution to solve the issue.

  • Monitoring incoming cases into the case management system, and adhering to Service Level Standards.

  • May assist with training other associates and serve as a go-to person for team members.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a financial institution or providing technical support for software/hardware.

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a professional or corporate environment.
