Element Fleet Management Data Entry Associate in Mississauga, Ontario

What We Need

We are looking for a Data Entry Associate who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

Are you:

  • Experienced in data entry and keying with a high level of attention to detail?

  • Able to provide a high level of customer service and support?

As the Data Entry Associate, you will work in a vital role that has ensures our clients vehicles remain legal and compliant, as well as helping to keep drivers on the road and effective as possible. You will have a shared responsibility for service card production and issuance, plate cancellations and bulk mailings.

A Day in the Life

  • Bulk mailing + ID as needed (insurance slips, registrations, new hire packages etc.

  • Plate cancellation & Ministry payment

  • Imaging vehicle registrations

  • Service card issuance / New client launches (mailing and printing)

  • Work Tolls & Violation Service Cloud Cases/Emails in response to driver queries


  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 2 years business experience

  • Required to work in person at the Mississauga office in person, Monday – Friday

  • Social distancing and facial coverings in common areas will be required

  • Strong oral and written communications

  • Detail oriented, and also able to multitask

  • Must be proficient with Excel

  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce/Service Cloud a plus
