Join 5 Physicians, 3 APPs, and 1 Psychologist
Full-Time - 4 Day Work Week!!
No Nights/Weekends
Minimal Shared Call (Phone Only) – 1 Week out of every 10 Weeks
Innovative Practice w/ Support from Care Team for Chronic Disease Management
