Join us as an Operations Readiness Manager on the Strategy & Solutions team within Enterprise Clinical Services (ECS). Be at the leading edge of new initiatives, responsible to evaluate business and operational impacts and define requirements.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, control, and improve end-to-end business processes impacted by Technology implementations

  • Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities

  • Conduct Time Studies to confirm process improvement effectiveness

  • Conduct detailed analysis to support business case assumptions

  • Create risk assessments to ensure the complete end to end impact is understood and defined in the early stages of a program or project

  • Ensure complete operational readiness during the execution phase

  • Work cross-functionally with teams broadly across the enterprise to engage with business resources, understand complex business models, and analyze data for performance outcomes

  • Partner with Leadership on operational benefits decisions related to expanding existing technology or adding new technology

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Agile experience

  • Experience with Operations and expertise supporting an end-to-end product and/or service

  • Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing business requirements, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with demonstrated project management, change management, and execution skills with a solid operational focus

  • Experience within Enterprise Clinical Services - Experience with process design

  • Experience and ability to influence and drive performance both in a direct and matrixed environment

  • Experience with risk planning, risk identification, and response planning skills

  • Proficient EQ expertise with the ability to facilitate a cross functional team through process discussion and impact analysis

  • Proven to be self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision and drive results with disciplined follow-though

  • Proven ability to collaborate with and quickly gain credibility, influence, and partner with business leaders and stakeholders

  • Proven superior executive presence and ability to communicate effectively to the highest levels of leadership

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
