In this role, the Enterprise Preferences Product Manager will manage new and existing integration and platform management work within the Preferences/Consumer Data Profile product group. The manager will plan and implement ongoing stakeholder management and be responsible for management of aligned Preferences product strategy and adherence to standardized playbook and process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute feature definition to new elements within the Preferences product group

  • Lead process development assisting others to solve complex problems, including applying expertise to solve problems to the desired design

  • Develops a standard set of Preferences Management disciplines/protocols. Seeks feedback and identifies opportunities to modify process

  • Owns specific pieces of E2E product scoping and feature completion, ensuring all guidelines and conditions are followed

  • Creates ongoing operational thresholds and standards for consistency, quality, and efficiency

  • Consults and plans with Personalization, Digital and other constituent experience programs regarding future feature sets and Enterprise integration points

  • Partners with Enterprise stakeholders and partners to achieve aligned Personalization objectives and building end-to-end connections with corresponding program implementations

  • Participates in testing with partner applications to ensure product requirements & standards are implemented

  • Supports others in the use and application of the Preferences foundation, as well as ensures adherence to legal and company standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of proven experience as forward-thinking leader regarding member/customer preferences management platforms and customer relationship management models

  • 3+ years of experience as a product/program lead and experience with Agile methodology and team structure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)

Preferred Qualification:

  • Familiarity with modern database and information management and reporting technologies (i.e., Tableau, SQL)

  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
