The Display and Paid Social Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of display and paid social campaigns. Working closely with internal teams the successful applicant will assist with the strategy, campaign set up, campaign optimization and reporting digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on B2B campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist digital team members with the development of display and paid social campaign strategy
Assist with daily campaign optimization, testing, tracking and performance measurement
Work with internal partner and vendor teams to ensure campaigns are optimally structured, setup, trafficked and are tracking correctly
Manage creative development and approval process
Develop reporting and key insights on campaign performance
Evaluate and improve internal display and paid social processes to support strategic planning and implementation e.g. cost files, partner billing and audience setup
Skills and Experience:
Passion for digital marketing with an understanding of the complexity of the digital advertising landscape
Constantly learning about the ever-changing digital ecosystem – with a willingness to test new tools and technologies
Passionate about results, achieving goals and communicating successes
Demonstrated ability to work within tight time constraints, providing near real-time insights to team members to ensure targets are achieved
Highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience in managing complex media projects across multiple stakeholder groups
Understanding of digital direct-response marketing tactics and best practices

Required Qualifications:
4+ years hands-on programmatic and/or paid social experience within either client, agency, agency trading desk or programmatic technology organizations
2+ years of managing B2B accounts with understanding of B2B audience activations
Advanced tracking and analytics knowledge
Advanced understanding of digital tactics and measurement specializing in display, paid social, video and native advertising utilizing both 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources
Experience across Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), ad serving and brand safety platforms
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Experience with CRM audience activation platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial services, insurance and/or technology experience
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Experience in DOMO and/or Tableau
Experience in LiveRamp
Experience with LinkedIn Ad campaigns

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
