Cargill Global CRM Program Director (open to remote) in Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota

Job Purpose and Impact

The Global CRM Program Director is accountable for the design and rollout of technology applications within the business. You will be crucial to drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and partner collaboratively with all levels of the business as well as with the designated enterprise and supporting functions. In this role, you will strategically define the CRM program across Animal Nutrition & Health, globally and work with senior leaders within the business to execute on the roadmap.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the project management and execution for business readiness, including resourcing, planning, scoping and communication and oversee and monitor progress to ensure business readiness is delivered on time within budget, and business results are realized.

  • Develop the vision for CRM, including the link to the business reality in ANH, op model, governance and the buy-in of senior leadership.

  • Lead and monitor progress to ensure business readiness is delivered on time within budget, and business results are realized.

  • Ensure organizational readiness and Leaderships commitment to successful execution.

  • Identify barriers and challenges for successful projects, identify alternatives and implement the preferred and approved recommendations to mitigate project risk.

  • Improve business alignment prior to deployment and sustainable operating results after the project is achieved.

  • Provide advanced knowledge and thought leadership to support business process managers in identifying and resolving issues and risks. Escalate risks and issues as appropriate.

  • Oversee capability build of the business project or change leads, including setting up of local change agent network as appropriate.

  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

  • Sales and Marketing Process Improvement Experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in information technology, business administration, engineering or applied economics

  • Confirmed proficiency in utilizing change management tools and processes to initiate and support change

  • Ability to work with and influence senior leadership as well as explain complex salesforce.com solutions and process in layman’s terms

  • Experience implementing information technology processes, systems and organizational changes

  • Experience leading and managing projects with change management elements

  • Experience on a business process technology application implementation team

  • Ability to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality

Location Information

The preferred location for this position is the Minneapolis area, but open to remote candidates in the US.
