Job Description

U.S. Bank Global Treasury Management is seeking an effective Senior Product Manager with demonstrated product leadership experience and a proven track record of impacting change within an organization at a large scale. The Senior Product Manager must have a well-developed understanding of client needs aligned with business objectives and build close relationships with key stakeholders to define the business strategy for a product. This role has direct client interaction - focusing on integrating the clients’ payments and receivables systems with U.S. Bank’s processing systems. The applicant will align with internal partners to deliver a cohesive connectivity story to provide customers with the choice to access treasury products via APIs, Files, and Digital Channel. The Senior Product Manager will work in a collaborative agile based team environment with partners across the organization including Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations to drive commercialization of digital tools across business lines. This job would also entail managing key projects across the portfolio in line with the established go-to-market framework and driving the up/downstream digital tool integrations based on the established business architecture.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight or more years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong product management and bank digital transformation experience that focuses on improvements in a wide range of areas related to offerings, process automation, customer experience, data integration, organizational flexibility and sales.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of changing market & industry trends and client needs.

  • Agile transformation across different verticals of Treasury Management products.

  • Considerable knowledge of product development, product launch and implementation.

  • Excellent management, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Improvement focus - identify gaps, come up with solutions, and implement changes.

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate and indirectly influence others – includes conflict management.

  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

  • System development life cycle.

  • Strong background in payment standard file formats and data translation technologies used to improve connectivity workflow solutions.

Subject matter expert in

  • Project planning and organization

  • Business & IT SDLC program management

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while

having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $124,695.00 - $146,700.00 - $161,370.00
