Aerotek (R&R Analyst 1) ECMO Auto Finance in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Large banking and financial institution is seeking 6 contract employee's to help support a high volume of complaints that coming in through their Automotive Dealership relationships.
Seeking candidates with an understanding of financial products from working in a banking branch, or anyone from an automotive dealership. This could be Administrative, Sales, and/or Finance. Strong call center customer service is great experience as well. This is not a call center que, you will be working the phones with your customers and respective groups.
Typical day - Pipeline of 20+ complaints per day, you are probably making 5 calls per day and receiving 5 calls inbound. Long duration of calls and a high volume of emails.
Customer Complaint Examples - “My billing was taken out twice when it should’ve only been taken once.” or “I was at a branch and someone treated me unprofessionally” or “You didn’t release the title when I paid off my car” these complaints should be resolved in 10 days.
Customer Dealer Complaint Examples - “They told me this was going to be a free addition with the car” or “I was miss lead when purchasing the car” or “My car is a Lemon” or “They told me I had to purchase this additional product in order to get this car note” these complaints need to be resolved in 30 days.
Once the complaints are received and added to the que. There is a strong amount of investigative work to be done. Reviewing the compliant and following up with the customer, as well as internal employees. While juggling a que of 20+ complaints.
