Job Description:

The Product Manager role will represent ESG/Sustainable and Impact investing products and industry expertise to clients, advisors and business partners. This role will act as the central champion for Sustainable and Impact investing (ESG) for the Advice and Wealth Management (AWM) business by helping to manage communications, advisor support, results tracking, monitoring competitive and consumer landscape along with coordinating the cross-organizational council.

Posting Title:

Product Manager - Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Analyze the competitive environment and contribute to evolve our ESG product strategy

• Gather feedback regularly from clients and advisors on our ESG offering to understand new opportunities then present analysis to senior leaders

• Develop and implement a cross-organizational ESG governance council

• Regular management of ESG/sustainable and impact investing business, including coordinating with product partners and research teams, supporting marketing and communications, advisor support, results tracking and participating in cross organizational initiatives

• Maintain detailed knowledge of firm’s ESG offerings

• Share firm's ESG offering through developing marketing collateral, training sales teams and partnering across the organization

• Drive enhancements to the ESG business including data analytics, reporting, and positioning

Recruiting Location:

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of experience working with diverse teams of experts, preferably in Financial Services industry

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to establish strong, positive business relationships

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Series 7 or the ability to obtain within 120 days
