The Good Eating Company is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef , this dynamic pastry leader will be atNorthstar 8. Our Client has created exceptional space that sets a new standard in luxury office space. This location will have a unique blend of services: Café Bistro, Convenience Market, Catering and Bar.The Executive Pastry Chef will support the total scratch pastry production, responsibilities including the supervision of hourly pastry staff with a focus on scratch pastries and baked goods and excellent customer experience.

Success in this role and in the relationship will require you to:

  • Be innovative every day

  • An eye for high end pastries

  • A strong focus on new pastry techniques

The ideal candidate has:

  • A strong pastry background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new pastry trends

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
