Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketo Solution Lead to support the design, development, and implementation of Marketo-driven lead generation and nurturing campaigns for our B2B lines of business. The Marketo Solution Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop marketing automation strategies, and ensure successful execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in marketing automation, possesses technical expertise in Marketo, has a passion for optimizing marketing processes and performance, and is able to collaborate across multiple partners to manage project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Own marketing automation strategy and partner with the Marketing Technology team to define and implement the roadmap of Marketo capabilities for the enterprise.

  • Lead a small team to drive key business initiatives and scale across multiple programs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business requirements and develop marketing automation strategies using Marketo.

  • Manage resources and timelines to support business line strategies for Marketo focused programs.

  • Design and implement complex marketing automation campaigns in Marketo, including lead scoring, nurturing programs, email campaigns, and landing pages.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation efficiencies.

  • Provide guidance and support to marketing teams on best practices for Marketo usage, campaign optimization, and lead management.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and actively contribute to the growth of the marketing technology stack.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight or more years of related experience in marketing automation and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Marketo Certified Solutions Architect or Marketo Certified Expert or similar certifications in marketing automation, not required but preferred

  • Experience with other marketing technologies, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, or content management systems (CMS).

  • Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.

  • Project Management and/or Account Management experience is a plus

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign setup, lead scoring, automation rules, email marketing, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation concepts, practices, and industry trends.

  • Proficient in HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization within Marketo.

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives and requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
