Job Description

The Global Learning and Development team is hiring a Learning and Development Program Manager to lead overall strategy, execute and manage learning programs that support our inclusive learning strategies and segments. In this role, you’ll guide how U.S. Bank invests in the learning and development of assigned programs. The Inclusive Learning and Development Program Manager will start by understanding current program offerings and vendor relationships, using data to evaluate the effectiveness and measure outcomes. U.S. Bank is looking to grow leaders and talent through programs that add value and are effective. In this role, you’ll create and deliver external market insights, as well as qualitative and quantitative data to assess learning strategy effectiveness.

Ideal candidates possess the following:

  • Learning Program management, including DEI initiatives.

  • Experienced third party vendor management, including selection.

  • Learning and development and/or leadership program experience

  • Ability to leverage data to evaluate, measure programs effectiveness and provide clear actionable insights that inform program evolution based on KPIs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically has 10 or more years of learning and development, DEI program management, HR, business, or managerial experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with strategic program management related to inclusive learning and DEI initiatives

  • Leading Learning and Development in a large, complex organization

  • Elevated Business acumen and executive presence

  • Financial services industry strongly preferred

  • Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives and recommend action

Location: The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Role may require travel up to 25% of the time.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $123,165.00 - $144,900.00 - $159,390.00
