Job Summary

The Digital Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to support the awareness and adoption of connected Comfort Solutions and Customer Digital Tools. They will collaborate closely with product management/PGTs from inception to launch employing marketing strategies to reach targeted audiences. They will develop adoption strategies for post-launch with the goal of driving increased adoption & engagement of digital products that enable the connected home strategy. The Digital Solutions Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams, sales, customer experience and digital product teams to align on metrics and critical initiatives that increase connected comfort products and digital product adoption among customers. This role requires strong institutional awareness, a technical aptitude and excellent communication, as well as the ability to implement broad-reaching strategies with associates and customers.

Note: This position would ideally work a hybrid schedule near one of our Trane Technologies offices in Davidson, NC, Tyler, TX, or Minneapolis, MN. However, a strongly qualified candidate living outside of a commutable distance from these locations could be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with digital products team throughout product development process to develop integrated marketing strategies to deliver on business growth goals.

  • Develop marketing strategies and employ a variety of marketing tactics to deliver Connected Comfort Solutions and Customer Digital Tools value proposition to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Collect customer (dealer/consumer) feedback impacting adoption, and influencing cross-functional teams on key marketing, sales, digital development, and customer experience on priorities that will be implemented to drive higher adoption through shared metrics.

  • Identify and drive key metrics around digital product launch, adoption and engagement of our connected home solutions.

  • Effectively articulate Trane Technologies Digital Product value propositions to channel partners, sales team and dealers to drive adoption post launch.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with sales and external customers to support 2-way feedback loop and accelerate digital adoption across dealers and homeowners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of integrated marketing experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar

  • Exceptional people and communication skills, creativity and team leadership

  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and execution in a complex (matrix) business environment

  • Experience in working with an agile product development process

  • Deep understanding of marketing and adoption metrics

  • A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high performance environment

  • 30% Travel within the US; May be greater seasonally

Base Pay Range : $92,000-122,000+. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
