Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, and both individual and institutional retirement.

Wealth Management (WM): Wealth Management business is a leading provider of financial services to high-net worth clients through Wells Fargo Private Bank, and to the affluent segment through partnerships between Wealth Brokerage Services and the Consumer Bank. In Wealth Management, clients are provided with a complete range of solutions to help them manage, preserve and transfer their wealth.

Join the Wealth Management team as a Digital Consultant 4 in Wealth Digital and Innovation. Wealth Digital and Innovation leads the way in defining and executing the strategy to meet the evolving digital needs of our clients. This role will help deliver on those goals for our Wealth clients who use Wells Fargo Online® and Mobile Banking. The Digital Consultant 4 will engage on a variety of complex functions. They will provide development and execution consultation for digital business plans, programs and initiatives. These initiatives may focus on: customer experience, cross-enterprise partnerships, content strategy/creation, analytics/research or product management. Works independently on most initiatives, and may provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.

The location for this position is flexible and other locations may be considered.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • 1+ year of Agile experience

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
